Your provided personal Image data you send us for the centre piece of your picture will not be passed on to any 3rd Parties whatsoever. The image will be stored on file, should you wish to make any further changes to your picture in the future and change or replace any of the vehicles you originally chose to be shown on your picture and therefore require a revised reprint containing the same personal photo image originally supplied.

(1) RETURNS : This is a bespoke service using our library pictures and / or pictures supplied by you and there are no returns. By nature of placing your order with us you accept that generic car pictures will be used as near to the information you have provided for such cars you have listed on the order form and we are not liable for minor deviations, from the actual cars you have owned. If digital photographs of your actual cars owned are in your possession and can be provided to us, we would be pleased to give you a quotation for producing your print using such digital images, provided by you, instead of our library pictures. Please be aware that a reasonable digital quality is required to enable this to be carried out, due to the photo editing required. Thank you.

(2) DAMAGE TO GOODS : Damage to your bespoke print is unlikely as we use a special polycarbonate sheet and not glass to protect the print and the goods are well packed, however ,If goods are damaged in transit to you to must inform us by email with photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt, so we may make our claim against the courier or carrier concerned. We will issue a Returns notice and will aim to replace the damaged item within 7 – 10 days. (3) TRANSACTION PROCESS : We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable to you for any reason for refusing any such order or transaction between us.

We can and do undertake orders from customers that have good quality photos of all or most of their chosen cars, but this requires additional photo editing, but we can give a quotation for such requests if required.
